Icewing Adopt Date?

So as some of you are or are not aware I'm planning on doing an Icewing adopt thing this December because on the 24 that day is my 4 year Deviantart anniversary and I planned on opening up adopts for that day. but I was thinking about it some more and thought that because it will be Christmas eve and you guys will be spending time with your friends and family I decided to change the date to an earlier time, soo..

This is also my first adopt thing so give me an E for effort

Should I open up my adopts for the 30th of November or the 1st of December, since I cant do a poll vote because I don't have Core.
I needs you guys to comment down below.

And another thing do you think 10 points per adopt is fair? or should I change it?
